In this 1 hour consultation online where we will do a walk through of your home, provide staging advice, make a plan as to next steps for you to stage and position it in the best for the current market. It could be for an occupied or vacant property. A written report can be provided for an extra cost depending on the square footage and if vacant or occupied. The written report starts at $100.00. In the midst of the charged atmosphere where we live and move today, people still need homes. Buying and selling will continue, and real estate will always be a top commodity even in this new normal.
